Our system design specialist knew that this home would need several things including: a full CleanSpace Encapsulation System and a SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier. 

Our crew got right to work on the removal and disposal of hanging insulation, as well as other debris in the crawl space. Once the crew got the area cleaned, graded, and prepped, they laid down our Drainage Matting underneath our thick 20-mil CleanSpace liner, which helps control humidity and moisture coming up from the ground from getting to the home. Finally, the crew installed a SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier to get and keep the relative humidity at or below 55%.

Jordan and his crew started by treating the area with Mold-X2 Cleaner and Botanical. This removes any active mold from the building materials of your home and helps prevent regrowth. They then dug a trench to install the EZ Flow Drainage System and graded the space to ensure ground water run off drains into the Drainage System. The SmartSump Sump Pump with UltraSump battery backup system was installed in the lowest spot in the crawl space and Ez Flow Drainage System will drain directly into the SmartSump. 

Support piers are wrapped in Wallie, a 12-mil thick liner to prevent condensation on the masonry, and our dimpled Drainage Matting is installed directly over the graded surface. The dimples allow for ground water drainage. SilverGlo Insulation Panels are installed on walls and covering vents. These panels are made from graphite infused expanded polystyrene foam and are covered by a radiant barrier, used to stop heat from entering the crawl space. Our CleanSpace Liner gives the crawl space the clean look and feel. This 20-mil thick liner brightens the space and further isolates your home from the earth, insulating it from harmful effects of moisture in the ground. The SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier finishes the project by removing moisture from the air, keeping the humidity below 55%.
