We sent our System Design Specialist, Craigen, out and he got the client the perfect system design to put their concerns to rest. Our crew installed a CleanSpace 20 mil vapor barrier, along with a SmartSump sump pump, vent seals, a new EverLast crawl space door, and a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier to keep the area sealed away from all moisture and humidity coming into the crawl space. 

This space is now a cleaner, drier, and much healthier area of the home.

Our System Design Specialist, Jack, inspected the crawl space and together they decided on a full CleanSpace Encapsulation System. Customer called in regarding a mold issue in the crawl space of her home. Our design specialist recommended using Mold-X2 to treat and kill the mold. After applying the Mold-X2 solution, it was then proposed to do a full encapsulation to keep the mold from coming back. A full encapsulation system includes Drainage Matting, CleanSpace liner, SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier, and sealing off the space from the outside air. The dehumidifier reduces the moisture in the space, thus no longer allowing the mold a moist place to grow and thrive.
