At CrawlSpace Solutions of Arkansas, we want every home to be cleaner, healthier, drier, and more structurally sound. Moisture in your crawl space can cause mold, rot, and unpleasant odors in your home. When this homeowner in Russellville called with moisture concerns in his crawl space, we scheduled his no obligation crawl space inspection with one of our highly trained Design Specialists.
The homeowner chose a full encapsulation and a SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier. The encapsulation process starts with grading and prepping the crawl space, including removing debris. The vents in the crawl space were allowing outside air in, so they were sealed with our SilverGlo Vent Seals. The dimpled Drainage Matting was installed to provide a thermal break, and the CleanSpace Liner completely isolated the home from the earth. The SaniDry dehumidifier will remove up to 100 pints of water per day and move up to 300 cubic feet of dry air around the crawl space, drying out the support structures of the home.
The completed encapsulation gave the homeowner a healthier home, from the ground up! Call 1-501-329-4000 to schedule your crawl space inspection!

Our System Design Specialist, Justin suggested our SmartJacks for additional supports, Drainage Matting to act as a vapor barrier, and the SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier to keep humidity below 60%. The whole home will stay cleaner, drier, and more structurally sound!
A damp crawl space with standing water prompted these Russellville residents to call CrawlSpace Solutions of Arkansas. Our Design Specialist Jack inspected the crawl space and helped them decide on our dimpled Drainage Matting and SmartJacks to keep his home drier and more structurally sound. A phone call to CrawlSpace Solutions of Arkansas is all it takes!
A dirt crawl space under your home is a very bad idea. The earth has very high humidity in the soil. This water vapor moves easily into the crawl space and upwards into the house environment. Insects and critters of all kinds love damp environments and wet materials. Rot and decay occur in damp environments causing structural damage.
The CleanSpace liner is used to isolate the home from the earth completely and permanently. The liner is a heavy 20 mil-thick material similar to a pool liner. It is manufactured in 7 layers- a blend of high-density polyethylene, low- density polyethylene, and two layers of polyester cord reinforcement.
A homeowner in Garfield contacted us with serious concerns about moisture and mold in her crawl space. It was starting to affect her health and she knew she needed to find a solution. She called Crawl Space Solutions of Arkansas to get more information about a crawl space encapsulation. Craigen, one of our Design Specialists, visited with her about her concerns and inspected the crawl space. He was able to put her mind at ease with his solution.
When Thomas and his installation crew arrived, they prepped the crawl space by removing the debris left behind by other contractors. Craigen had already marked where the SmartSump needed to be installed, and they graded the crawl space accordingly. Vents were sealed with graphite infused SilverGlo Insulation, and the piers supporting the home were wrapped with Wallie to prevent condensation. They installed Drainage Matting to add a thermal break, and UltraFresh antimicrobial CleanSpace ensured the crawl space was isolated from the earth. The addition of the powerful and energy efficient SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier completed the encapsulation.
At CrawlSpace Solutions of Arkansas, we want every family to enjoy the peace of mind of knowing your crawl space is dry, healthy and structurally sound, just like this one.
