A Mabelvale homeowner inquired about condensation build up in the crawl space and buckling floors. We had one of our Design Specialist meet with him to discuss the issues and complete an inspection. They put together a plan to dry out the crawl space and prevent moisture from doing any further damage.
Our installation team began by installing the SmartSump Sump Pump, designed just for crawl spaces, with a drainage line out of the crawl space and away from the home. Wrapping the piers with Wallie prevents condensation on the masonry, Drainage Matting is installed to direct ground water run off to the sump pump, and the CleanSpace Liner isolates the home from the earth. An insulated crawl space door and SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier completes the encapsulation and leaves this crawl space drier and healthier.

When an addition was built on this home, there was not enough support added. Our teams were able to add more support and make this home more structurally sound for the Pine Bluff resident!
As a crawl space repair company, we travel the state to serve our customers. This homeowner in Pine Bluff contacted us with some questions about standing water in their crawl space. A wet crawl space can lead to mold and rot, both of which can put you and your family in harms way. Jack, our Design Specialist, inspected the crawl space and the homeowner agreed a crawl space encapsulation was the right move.
Bryan’s crew removed debris and graded the crawl space, including filling in holes. The SmartSump Sump Pump was installed, and piers were wrapped with our 12-mil thick Wallie liner. SilverGlo VentSeals were put up, made from graphite infused SilverGlo Insulation boards, and Drainage Matting put down to direct ground water flow towards the sump pump. The CleanSpace liner is installed right on top of the Drainage Matting to isolate the home from the earth, and the two products together to reduce humidity, outside air infiltration, and heat loss. The pint sized powerhouse, the SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier, removes moisture from the air and moves air at a rate of 300 cubic feet of air per minute. This dries the building materials and makes that damp feeling in your home go away. An EverLast Door was customized on site, and the EverLast Access Well was installed to prevent water from entering the crawl space.
