Wallie, a 12-mil thick white liner, was used to wrap the piers, with the bottom of the liner resting below the Drainage Matting. Drainage Matting allows a drainage space beneath it for ground water to flow and adds puncture resistance, durability, and a thermal break for the CleanSpace Liner. This liner is a 23-mil thick, 7-layer polyethylene liner that prevents condensation from the ground reaching the building materials, isolating the home from the earth.
