Our crews installed floor joists, Vent Seals, a SmartSump Sump Pump, an EverLast Door, and a CleanSpace Encapsulation System. This home is cleaner, drier, and healthier!

Jordan and his crew began by removing debris, then grading and prepping the crawl space. The piers were wrapped with Wallie, a 12-mil thick liner designed to prevent condensation on masonry, and the Drainage Matting was installed as a thermal break. Our CleanSpace Liner sits above the Drainage Matting, isolating the home from the earth and WallCaps were installed over the tops of the block walls to prevent outside air from entering the crawl space. The SaniDry XP removes moisture from the air at a rate of up to 109 pints per day. This encapsulation system will keep this home dry and mold free for years to come!
