The leader of this historic church had tried just about everything to stop water from leaking into their basement. They called in the experts at Crawl Space Solutions of Arkansas, and we quickly got our system design specialist out to design a system to put their water problems and put their mind at ease. Our crew began by installing a WaterGuard basement waterproofing system. WaterGuard is a piping system engineered specifically to solve basement water problems effectively without worry of clogging from soils under the floor. To finish completely solving the church's water issues, the crew then installed three of our TripleSafe sump pumps. The TripleSafe has three pumps to give you complete protection from flooding. 

Part of keeping your crawl space dry involves a sump pump. The state of the art SmartSump is designed just for crawl spaces. The liner and lid are designed to form a tight seal around the Cleanspace liner. Since you don't go into your crawl space a lot, you need to know if there is a plumbing leak. The SmartSump has a unique lid design so water from a plumbing leak fills an alarm pocket on the lid first, sounding a WaterWatch alarm. From there, the water flows down a special airtight floor drain that lets water down, but damp air cannot come up into your crawl space. The alarm also alerts you to pump or power failures. 

This client inquired about how we could assist them with water seeping into their cellar. We got our Design Specialist out and together with the client, we created the perfect solution for this space. Dillion and his crew quickly got to work and got the home's water leakage under control by removing debris and old materials, then installing a TripleSafe Sump Pump, and finishing it with our CleanSpace Wall System. 

The Triple Safe Sump Pump has three separate pumps to ensure that the area remains dry and provides the ultimate waterproofing solution. The CleanSpace Wall System provides a barrier to any water vapor that may seep in through the concrete walls.

This is our SmartSump, which is a combination of patented and custom components that make up a highly efficient and reliable water evacuation system for crawl space environments. SmartSumps are designed to evacuate water from the CleanSpace Encapsulation System. Since you don't go into your crawl space a lot, you need to know if there is a plumbing leak. It does have an optional battery backup protection, in case the power does go out. The optional UltraSump battery backup pumping system has a second pump in case of primary pump failure, the second switch in case of switch failure, and a second power source in case of power failure. The UltraSump can pump out over 12,000 gallons of water out with the energy in the special 120 AMP sealed power pack. A charger keeps it charged when the power is on, and an alarm will tell you when the UltraSump is operating. The UltraSump is optional, but highly recommended!
