I cannot say enough good things about Spencer and his crew. It took two days to complete the work. The crew arrived at the specified time. The men worked tirelessly and gave our home the utmost respect. They were very professional. They answered all of our questions as the work progressed. They were very friendly and courteous. We could not be more pleased with the work they did in our crawlspace. We now have the peace of mind that our mold problems and musty smells are gone - a thing of the past.

Your crew installed some very nice temperature control vent covers. They did a good job, but unfortunately, some of the siding were damaged. I reached out to Chris Smith for some help. He was remarkable. He responded that same day and gave me every assurance that the problem would be resolved. He was true to his word. He communicated his plan to me and put it into effect this week. He replaced all the damaged siding. He did a wonderful job.I must point out that Chris’ work was delayed because of the weather. In closing, let me say that you have a real pro on your staff and in my opinion, a real asset to your company.

I'm very impressed. Spencer, foreman, every step of the way had the customer involved and providing input exactly how they wanted it done. Went over the complete project and made sure I was aware of each step and made recommendations on other aspects of the job that wasn't covered by the salesman. Spencer made sure the other employees went the the extra mile in the customers favor and approval. This individual is a keeper. If he worked for me I would go out of my way to reward this employee and keep him. WORKERS Westin and Steven both excellent employees that went the extra mile and did a 110% job all the time. Westin  is super knowledgeable and could be an excellent salesman or a foreman at any time. If John was interested in an extra crew, he would be a great foreman. Both employees, Westin and Steve, were always very courteous and never hesitated to do what ever it took to keep the customer informed and happy.
