Moisture was proving to be a problem in this crawl space. The homeowner was looking for solutions to this issue, and we were able to provide them.
Our crew removed the falling down insulation and any other debris in the space. They then sealed the vents in the crawl space with SilverGlo Insulation Panels. Drainage Matting was laid down to help guide water out of the space. Drainage Matting also establishes a thermal break in the crawl space from the earth while softening the ground. A SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier was also installed to keep the air dry and the relative humidity low.
