Thomas and his crew began by grading the crawl space and wrapping the piers with Wallie. Wallie is a 12-mil thick liner designed to direct condensation from the masonry to below the Drainage Matting. The dimpled Drainage Matting is installed to create a space for water to drain, and the CleanSpace Liner, a 20-mil thick blend of high-density and low-density polyethylene, is rolled out to isolate the home from the earth and create a brighter environment.
