Crawl Space Repair Before & After Photos

When this Little Rock homeowner noticed mold and rot in his crawl space, he called CrawlSpace Solutions of Arkansas! We installed metal beams and floor joists for additional support and to replace the rotted floor joists, our CleanSpace Encapsulation System, the SaniDry Sedona and SaniDry XP to eliminate humidity as well as clean the air.

Standing water in this crawl space was leading to a lot of concerns for the homeowners. Our Installation Crew installed the dimpled Drainage Matting, SmartSump Sump Pump, and the SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier to keep the whole home cleaner and drier!

These homeowners were told they had mildew in their crawl space, so they called CrawlSpace Solutions of Arkansas for help! Our System Design Specialist, Steven, inspected the crawl space and suggested our Drainage Matting, the SmartSump Sump Pump with Ez Flow Drainage System, and the SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier. This combination of products helps make the whole home cleaner, drier, and healthier!

Drainage Matting is a great way to keep the moisture leaves in your crawlspace down. It typically goes under the CleanSpace liner, However, as you see in this picture it could be used by its self. The dimples allow better conductivity for water to get to the perimeter drainage or sump pump located in the lowest spot of the crawlspace. The silver beam and steel pole you see in the middle of the picture is our SmartJack.  The SmartJack is a supplemental support system for crawl space applications. The SmartJack effectively supports sagging beams and floor joists. 

This crawl space was very humid and was the source of odors in the house.  The homeowner attempted to do it himself, but after a few weekends of work, he decided to call in the professionals.

Crawl Space Solutions of Arkansas came in and installed a CleanSpace Vapor Barrier, protecting the crawl space from pests, humidity, and moisture.
