This client called in stating that she had found some mold and noticed some insulation falling down in her crawl space. She had called around and ultimately decided to go with the experts at Crawl Space Solutions of Arkansas to help solve her crawl space issues.
Jordan and his crew immediately got to work cleaning up and disposing of the fallen insulation and other debris, then graded and prepped the area. They then placed down our drainage matting, which is great for drainage under our thick 20-mil CleanSpace liner on concrete or dirt floors. The CleanSpace liner is used to isolate the home from the earth, entirely. This dramatically reduces the humidity levels in the air. In the final step of keeping humidity and moisture out of the area, the crew installed a SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier as well as placing vent covers to keep moist, humid area sealed out of the space.
This is now a much cleaner, healthier space that can now better utilized by the homeowner!

These Little Rock homeowners chose CrawlSpace Solutions of Arkansas for their crawl space needs! They purchased a home that needed the crawl space to be treated for mold and the moisture removed.
Design Specialist Craigen took the time to listen to the homeowners concerns and answer their questions. He inspected the crawl space and designed a solution that really fit the homeowner’s needs.
Thomas and his installation team installed the SmartSump Sump Pump. The sump pump should always be at the lowest point in the crawl space. The SmartSump removes water from your crawl space, and because of its unique design, it reduces the amount of debris and foreign material that can clog the drain lines. Grading the crawl space and installing the Drainage Matting directs all ground water towards the sump pump. The Drainage Matting goes under our CleanSpace Liner. The CleanSpace Liner isolates your home from the earth and allows you to easily see your crawl space is free of mold, insects, and dirt. SilverGlo Vent Seals further insulate the crawl space with a radiant barrier, helping to keep humid air and heat out. A SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier pulls moisture from the air at a capacity of up to one hundred pints per day. It will eliminate damp, musty odors and keep the crawl space air free of mold and dust mites.
CrawlSpace Solutions of Arkansas is an award-winning company, dedicated to helping every home in Arkansas be dry, healthy, and structurally sound.
Little Rock homeowners reached out to us after a big rain. There was water in their crawl space, and it was making the "whole house damp and musty". They were ready for a change, so when Jack presented them with a solution designed for their crawl space, they were thrilled.
The installation crew started by cleaning and grading the crawl space and removing the insulation from walls and floor joists. They installed a CleanSpace SmartDrain with the WaterWatch Alarm in the lowest point in the crawl space. The SmartDrain is used in crawl spaces that would not otherwise have a sump pump and WaterWatch Alarm alerts you to water leaks. These products together prevent plumbing leaks from appliances like water heaters from going undetected and filling the encapsulated crawl space with water. The water simply flows into the drain and is absorbed into the ground.
Graphite infused SilverGlo Insulation Panels were installed to insulate the walls and seal the vents. Piers were wrapped with Wallie, a 12-mil thick liner, to prevent condensation on the masonry, and the Drainage Matting was installed to direct all water to SmartDrain. Drainage Matting adds durability and a thermal break. Encapsulation would not be complete without the 20-mil thick CleanSpace Liner, completely isolating your home from the earth.
The last step is the dehumidifier. This home had a crawl space and a basement, and the homeowners wanted both areas to be free of humid air. The SaniDry XP Basement Air System with SaniDry Duct Kit was the best option. The duct kit allows multiple areas to be treated and the SaniDry XP purifies the air effectively and efficiently. It makes the crawl space and basement smell better while removing harmful humidity, mold spores, and dust.
