Customer called in regarding a mold issue in the crawl space of her home. Our design specialist recommended using Mold-X2 to treat and kill the mold. After applying the Mold-X2 solution, it was then proposed to do a full encapsulation to keep the mold from coming back. A full encapsulation system includes Drainage Matting, CleanSpace liner, SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier, and sealing off the space from the outside air. The dehumidifier reduces the moisture in the space, thus no longer allowing the mold a moist place to grow and thrive. 

In this investment property, the homeowners had installed new floors in the last year, but those floors were starting to buckle and sag. They called CrawlSpace Solutions of Arkansas for help.
