Michael, one of our Design Specialists, inspected the crawl space and together, they decided to add Metal Beams, SmartJacks, the SmartSump Sump Pump, the Ez Flow Drainage System, dimpled Drainage Matting as a vapor barrier, and the SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier to help keep the whole home cleaner, drier, and healthier!

With high humidity levels in your crawl space, it's very common that wood beams begin to rot and decay, this can lead to sagging floors in your living room. To fix this issue we installed our drainage matting to prevent moisture and guide water to a sump pump system. We also installed our Smart Jack Stabilizer to support that sagging beam.
