Dylan and his team went to work grading and preparing the crawl space for the drainage matting and our CleanSpace Liner system. They sealed the vents with SilverGlo insulation and installed the dehumidifier to keep any residual humidity low. Client called to inquire about removing water from the crawl space area of their home, due to rain.  Our System Design Specialist designed just the system this client had been hoping to get. We installed a full CleanSpace Encapsulation System, complete with CleanSpace Liner, Drainage Matting, a TripleSafe Sump Pump System, and an IceGuard Sump Pump Discharge Line System. 

The IceGuard Sump Pump Drainage Line System allows water to escape from a sump pump discharge line if the pipe freezes or becomes blocked for any reason. The TripleSafe  Sump Pump System has three pumps to give the homeowner triple protection.

A serious moisture problem was found in the crawl space of this home in Rogers, Arkansas, so they called us at Crawl Space Solutions of Arkansas to come help. That is exactly what he did by doing a full Encapsulation of the entire crawl space area.

Before our crew could begin the encapsulation process, we started by removing a lot of old, wet insulation. Once we got all of that insulation and other additional debris removed and disposed of, we placed down Drainage Matting and topped it with our CleanSpace line. In order to ensure moisture and humidity stay out of the area, we placed vent covers o all vents that allowed warm, moist air into the area. Finally, we placed a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier in the space to keep the relative humidity at or below 55%, which is ideal. 

A homeowner in Rogers contacted us with some concerns about his crawl space. There was no vapor barrier, the insulation was wet, and he knew some of his appliances had been draining into his crawl space in the past, causing moisture problems.
