Customer requested help with moisture in their crawl space causing floor issues in their home. One of our Design specialists inspected the area and then designed a plan to address the needs of the crawl space. Our crew installed the CleanSpace vapor barrier and an energy efficient SandiDry Sedona dehumidifier. The Sedona will remove moisture from the crawl space, keeping the relative humidity below 55%.

Customer called in regarding needing a moisture barrier added to crawl space. Customer was noticing hardwood floors buckling and moisture in the crawl space. Our design specialist inspected the area and proposed a plan to help with these issues. 

We installed our CleanSpace 20 Mil Vapor Barrier, installed a Sanidry Sedona dehumidifier, and sealed all vents. We finished sealing the space by installing an EverLast Crawl Space Door. With a sealed space, the dehumidifier will keep the relative humidity in the crawl space at or below 55%. This keeps the excess moisture from causing the hardwood floors from buckling in this home. 

A Greenbrier homeowner was looking to have more support added underneath his home. He had old insulation and some holes in the subfloor that needed to be taken care of. Our Crew removed the insulation, fixed the shim piers, and installed our SmartJacks. SmartJacks provide much needed structural support to homes with sagging floors. This crawl space is now much cleaner and more structurally sound.
