This is a 20 mil CleanSpace liner that will be attached to the walls and floors underneath your home. It can also be used inside basements with a dirt floor, or in basements that don't have even walls or floors. After it's installed, the liner will be able to stop water from getting into the home, and this includes moisture which may try to seep up through dirt or concrete floors.

They didn't think moisture was an issue, but they wanted to get the problem taken care of as quickly as possible. Curtis, one of our Design Specialists, inspected the crawl space and designed a solution to keep their home dry and stop the signs of settling.

New homeowners in Mayflower called with concerns about their crawl space. Their inspector told them they needed a vapor barrier and they wanted our help. Curtis and the homeowners decided to do a full encapsulation with TripleSafe Sump Pump and SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier.

Dirt crawl spaces have high humidity levels necessary for mold growth. Humidity levels from 50%-90% are easily found in dirt crawl spaces that have never flooded. Customer contacted us regarding their basement having water issues. We designed a system to help the customer deal with the water intrusion. 

We installed the WaterGuard drainage system, TripleSafe sump pump, as well as a Sanidry XP dehumidifier. The WaterGuard routes any water intrusions to the TripleSafe sump pump to be pumped out of the basement, while the XP dehumidifier controls the humidity of the space. 

This combination keeps the basemnt dry and the humidity low.
