Challenge

A homeowner in Little Rock wanted his crawl space dry. He noticed it was holding a lot of water and called CrawlSpace Solutions of Arkansas for help. Solution

Bryan and his crew dug a hole in the lowest point of the crawl space to install the liner for the SmartSump. They back-filled around the liner with clean rock and installed the reliable Zoeller M-53 pump motor. The lid of the SmartSump features an airtight floor drain and the WaterWatch Alarm. If there is a leak in the crawl space, the WaterWatch Alarm will alert the homeowner and the airtight floor drain will allow the water to drain into the sump pump. The dimpled Drainage Matting, laid on the surface of the crawl space, provides a thermal break and directs water below towards the SmartSump.
