Sump Pump in Little Rock

Challenge

A Little Rock homeowner called CrawlSpace Solutions of Arkansas for a water problem in her crawl space/basement combo. She had spent a lot of time and money trying to keep it dry and was desperate for a solution to her problem. Our Design Specialist, Jack, inspected her crawl space and made recommendations that would keep her crawl space, and her home, dry and clean.

Solution

Zach and his crew started by digging a hole for the sump pump and a trench for the drainage system. The SmartSump Sump Pump and UltraSump with battery back up were installed in the lowest point of the crawl space. The trench was dug around the crawl space walls to install our Ez Flow Drainage System, filtering out debris and draining water into the SmartSump. The SmartSump is drained outside and away from the home. The installation team poured footers to install the SmartJacks, then wrapped the piers with Wallie, our 12-mil thick liner designed to stop condensation from forming on the porous concrete piers. The CleanSpace Wall System was installed to stop moisture from entering the crawl space through the block walls, and the dimpled Drainage Matting was installed above and secured to the dirt floor.

This crawl space is staying dry and clean and this homeowner loves her usable space!
