TripleSafe in Conway
Challenge
Homeowners in Conway were looking to purchase this home, but needed to know what to do about the moisture in the basement. Water was coming in when it rained and they wanted to be able to utilize the space below their home.
Solution
Our Design Specialist, Craigen, came to inspect the basement and speak to the future homeowners. The former owners had started finishing the basement, so Craigen designed a solution that would finish the space and remove water from the area.
Our installation team arrived and immediately began work to install the WaterGuard Drainage System and TripleSafe Sump Pump. WaterGuard intercepts water at the perimeter of the basement and drains it unseen to the sump pump. It sits just below floor level, so all your space can be used. The TripleSafe Sump Pump is the world's most reliable pumping system. This pump system overcomes the three main challenges with sump pumps: pump failure; too much water; or power failure.
A one-third hp pump is the main pump, able to pump out 2,650 gallons per hour smoothly and quietly. If pump one fails or cannot keep up with the heavy flow of water, pump two kicks on. This pump is a one-half hp high volume pump. When these two pumps work together, they can remove up to 6,200 gallons of water per hour out of your basement or crawl space. The third pump, the UltraSump Battery Back-up Pump, will take over if power goes out to the other pumps. You don't have to do anything, once water reaches the sensor on the UltraSump it turns on automatically and will turn off again when the water level has receded. An alarm on UltraSump will alert you when it has turned on so you can restore power to the primary pump. The TripleSafe was drained out of the basement through IceGuard and away from the home through the LawnScape Outlet.
The CleanSpace Wall System completed this project, and the homeowners can use and enjoy every square foot of their home purchase.
