Mold and Moisture in Crawl Space, Bauxite, AR

Challenge

This client called into Crawl Space Solutions of Arkansas concerned about the amount of mold growth he had in his crawl space, so we had one of our System Design Specialist go inspect the space and design a plan to resolve the issue. 

Solution

To eliminate and prevent future mold growth, our crew applied our crew needed to treat the current mold growth and prevent excess moisture in the future. First, they applied our Mold-X-2 treatment, which is a highly effective cleaner for contaminated building surfaces such as wood and masonry. In order to reduce excess moisture, the crew installed our dimpled Drainage Matting, which is great for crawl space drainage on concrete or dirt floors. The dimples allow better conductivity for water to get to the perimeter drainage or sump pump located in the lowest spot of the crawl space. Finally, a SmartSump sump pump system, a combination of patented and custom components which make up a highly efficient and reliable water evacuation system for crawl space environments. 

The homeowner now has a clean, healthy, and mold free space!
