A homeowner in Cherokee Village called because he wanted his multiple crawl spaces encapsulated. We were happy to assist him with his request and sent our Design Specialist, Jack, out assess his needs and provide him with an estimate for encapsulating his crawl spaces and protecting his investment. 

Justin and his crew started by removing debris from the crawl spaces. An entry point to the smaller crawl space area needed to be cut for better access. All the areas were graded and prepped, and SilverGlo Vent Seals were installed. The Everlast Door, designed for the harsh conditions on the ground, was custom cut on site for a perfect fit. Drainage Matting was installed on the dirt floor, providing a thermal break and puncture resistance. The CleanSpace Liner sits on the Drainage Matting, isolating the home from the earth, permanently and completely. The bright white finish allows the homeowner to easily see how clean the area is and really brightened the crawl spaces. Two of our SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifiers were installed and as there were multiple crawl spaces, Justin and his crew also installed T-Ducts, to allow dry air to be circulated more completely throughout all the crawl spaces.

One of the best ways to keep your basement or crawlspace dry is by installing our TripleSafe Sump Pump.  Our Triple Safe is a combination of patented and custom components that make up a highly efficient and reliable pressure relief system and water evacuation system for basement water control systems.  Utilizing (2) 120V pumps and (1) 12v battery backup system. Triple Safes are designed to relieve subfloor water pressure and evacuate water from the basement water control system.  The TripleSafe is made up of 6 major components, Liner, Lid, Pump(s), Alarm, Check Valve, Cord Captain, and CleanPump Stand. To install the TripleSafe our professional production team does the following. First, they create a hole in the floor approximately 27" in diameter and excavate down 24" from the floor surface. Set the liner in the hole with the lid approximately 1/4" below the surface of the floor and backfill with clean stone. First, install 1 pump stand into the positioning tabs at the base of the liner then install the primary pump with Ultra Sump pump preinstalled; with a check valve and section of 1-12/" PVC discharge pipe that extends above the floor. Next position 2 pump stands stacked on top of each other into the other set of positioning tabs and set the secondary pump. Slide the lid around the discharge pipe and pull the electrical cord through the top and then bolt the lid into place. Install airtight grommets and WaterWatch probe alarm. Mount Cord Captain to the 1 1/2" discharge line using supplied pipe clamp for wire management, hang system service envelope using 8" wire tie supplied and fill out all information on labels.
