Camden Crawl Space Contractor
Challenge
Over the years, the wood supporting this home in Camden got weaker and weaker due to moisture. Eventually, one of the main support beams broke, causing cracks in the walls throughout the home. These homeowners needed help making their home safe, so they called CrawlSpace Solutions of Arkansas. John T., one of our Design Specialists, visited with the homeowners and inspected the crawl space. He knew we could help them make their home more structurally sound, so he suggested our beam replacement, SmartJacks, and dimpled Drainage Matting. When the homeowners heard his solutions, they were eager to get started!
Solution
Will and his team began by grading and prepping the crawl space, removing debris and smoothing out the work surface. They installed our SmartJacks, metal beams, floor joists, and a main beam replacement. After these were in place the team installed our dimpled Drainage Matting to keep ground water out of the crawl space and keep the whole home drier and healthier!
