This homeowner noticed some structural concerns under his home and was curious about encapsulation. He called CrawlSpace Solutions of Arkansas for help. Solution

Will and his team began by grading and prepping the crawl space, then installing the SmartJacks and metal beam to provide additional structural support for the home. The SilverGlo Insulation Panels and Vent Seals prevent outside air from entering the crawl space, and our 12-mil thick Wallie prevents condensation from forming on the porous concrete. Dimpled Drainage Matting was installed as a thermal break and topped with our CleanSpace Liner to fully isolate the home from the earth.
