Pine Bluff Crawl Space Repair
Challenge
When this homeowner called CrawlSpace Solutions, she was concerned about the area under an addition to her home. We asked John T., one of our Design Specialists, to inspect her crawl space then discuss her concerns. Afterwards, John suggested we start with adding structural supports under the home.
Solution
Will and his teams installed our adjustable SmartJacks throughout the crawl space to support the beams of the home. A metal beam was installed to provide support where there wasn't enough, and existing floor joists were sistered with treated beams to securely support the floor above. Rim joists were repaired, and the EverLast Access Door was custom cut on-site to perfectly secure the entrance to the crawl space. This homeowner is very happy with her home and feels it is much more structurally sound!
