When these Little Rock homeowners noticed moisture in their investment property, they wanted to take care of it as quickly as possible. Solution
Daniel and his team began by grading and prepping the space to remove debris and even out the crawl space floor. They sealed the vents with SilverGlo Vent Seals, and installed SilverGlo Insulation Panels along the outside walls of the crawl space. SilverGlo is infused with graphite, increasing its R value by 24%. The dimpled Drainage Matting was rolled out, overlapping the walls and the seams to prevent moisture from entering, then secured to the walls and floors of the crawl space to keep it in place. The SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier was installed and set to keep humidity below 60% while maintaining its energy star rating!
