Clarksville Crawl Space Repair Company
Challenge
A Clarksville homeowner called CrawlSpace Solutions of Arkansas for help with his crawl space. He thought he had mold forming and wanted better insulation under his home. Our Design Specialist, John T., inspected the crawl space and after visiting with the homeowner, they decided the best solutions was a complete CleanSpace Encapsulation System.
Solution
Justin and his team began by grading and prepping the crawl space, then installed the SilverGlo Insulation Panels along the walls of the crawl space. The piers were wrapped with Wallie, our 12-mil thick liner designed for masonry, and the vents were sealed with SilverGlo Vent Seals. The EverLast door was custom cut on-site to ensure an exact fit, and the dimpled Drainage Matting was secured to the walls and floor of the crawl space. The CleanSpace Liner was installed directly above the Drainage Matting, and it too was secured to the walls and floor of the crawl space to ensure the home was completely isolated from the earth. The pint-sized powerhouse, the SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier was installed and set to keep the humidity below 60%. The whole home is now cleaner, drier, and healthier and the homeowner is thrilled with the results!
