Homeowners in Mt. View wanted to eliminate the mold and moisture in their crawl space so they could sell their home. They called CrawlSpace Solutions of Arkansas and John T. came out to inspect their crawl space and visit with them about their concerns. He suggested a complete encapsulation with the TripleSafe Sump Pump to make this home cleaner, drier, and healthier. 

Solution

Bryan and his crew began by grading and prepping the crawl space. They then dug a trench for the Ez Flow Drainage System and a hole for the TripleSafe Sump Pump. Ez Flow collects water from the ground and drains it into the TripleSafe Sump Pump. The support structures were treated with Mold-X2 to remove mold. SilverGlo Vent Seals blocked the vents, preventing outside air from entering the crawl space and the EverLast door to for the crawl space was custom cut on site to securely cover the entrance. Drainage Matting and the CleanSpace Liner provide a thermal break and isolate the home from the earth, while the addition of the SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier keeps the crawl space humidity below 60%.
