Crawl Space Repair in Ozone
Challenge
A homeowner in Ozone noticed his floor was sinking and walls were starting to crack. He called CrawlSpace Solutions of Arkansas for help! Our Design Specialist, Jack inspected his crawl space and found moisture was the culprit. The more humidity in the air outside, the more humidity there is in your crawl space. Solution
The installation team graded and prepped the crawl space to remove debris. They installed a metal beam and our SmartJacks as a support structure for the home. The piers were wrapped with Wallie and the vents were sealed with our SilverGlo Vent Seals to prevent outside air from entering the crawl space. The dimpled Drainage Matting was installed as a thermal break, and the CleanSpace Liner was laid to isolate the home from the earth. The SaniDry Sedona was set up, removing up to 100 pints of water per day and moving 300 cubic feet of dry air around every minute. This home is healthier from the ground up!
