The vapor barrier in this home was no longer useful and the floors were starting to sag, so the homeowners called CrawlSpace Solutions of Arkansas!

Solution

Jack, one of our Design Specialists, suggested a CleanSpace Encapsulation with SmartJacks. 

Our team installed SmartJacks to provide support for areas of the home that were sagging. SmartJacks are adjustable supports to help keep everything where it supposed to be! They graded and prepped the crawl space, wrapped the piers with Wallie, and installed the dimpled Draiange Matting as a thermal break. The CleanSpace Liner was secured to the walls and floors to prevent bunching and isolate the home from the earth. The SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier was put in to keep the humidity in the crawl space below 55%.
