Challenge

Solution

Spencer and his team began by replacing the sump pump with our SmartSump Sump Pump. The SmartSump was installed in the lowest part of the crawl space, and a trench was dug below the footers to install the Ez Flow Drainage System. Ez Flow collects ground water and drains it into the SmartSump, helping keep the ground dry. After prepping the crawl space, the team wrapped the piers with Wallie, a 12-mil thick liner designed to prevent condensation from forming on the porous concrete piers. The dimpled Drainage Matting was installed to direct ground water towards Ez Flow and the SmartSump, and the CleanSpace Liner was installed to isolate the home from the earth. The SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier was installed to keep humidity in the crawl space below 55%, keeping the crawl space and the whole home drier and healthier. Outside, the SmartSump pushes water out of the crawl space through IceGuard. IceGuard is designed to allow water to escape should the drainage line to the LawnScape Outlet become blocked or frozen. The LawnScape Outlet blends into the lawn and allows water to drain away from the home.
