Homeowners in Pea Ridge called CrawlSpace Solutions of Arkansas for help with their crawl space. They noticed moisture in their crawl space and wanted to make sure there wasn't a problem!

Solution

Our Design Specialist suggested a CleanSpace Encapsulation with Vents Seals and the SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier. The CleanSpace Encapsulation system would keep the crawl space dry and usable for storage.

After grading and prepping the crawl space, piers would be wrapped with Wallie to prevent condensation, while vents were sealed with SilverGlo Vent Seals, preventing outside air from entering the crawl space and saving energy costs. The dimpled Drainage Matting would act as a thermal break, and the CleanSpace Liner would isolate the home from the earth, completely and permanently. The SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifer, capable of removing up to 100 pints of water per day, keeps the humidity below 55%.
