Challenge

This Higden homeowner was facing some moisture issues in his crawl space. He wanted to eliminate the moisture and keep his crawl space and his home cleaner, drier, and healthier. 

Solution

Our team graded and prepped the crawl space, removing larger rocks and smoothing out hills to fill lower areas. The team then installed SilverGlo Vent Seals in the open vents to prevent outside air from entering the crawl space. The outside air is a source of moisture due to year-round humidity in Arkansas. The dimpled Drainage Matting was installed on the graded surface of the crawl space, and the CleanSpace Liner was secured above it. CleanSpace isolates the home from the earth, while the Drainage Matting provides a thermal break in the crawl space.
