Sump Pump Installation in Bella Vista

Challenge

The Bella Vista homeowner was having some moisture issues in his crawl space. He had a sump pump in there, but it was not functioning properly and was creating more of a mess. He called CrawlSpace Solutions of Arkansas for help.

Solution

Our Design Specialist, Jack, inspected his crawl space and then sat to visit with him. They decided to replace the existing sump pump with our SmartSump and add the CleanSpace Liner to keep everything dry.

Our teams prepped and graded the space, then installed the SmartSump Sump Pump in the lowest point of the crawl space. The SmartSump Sump Pump features the reliable Zoeller 1/3 hp pump motor and the WaterWatch Alarm. The WaterWatch Alarm rests on the lid of the sump pump, catching any water from the surface of the crawl space and notifying you that something is not right. The CleanSpace Liner was installed and secured to the walls of the crawl space, isolating the home from the earth and helping to keep the crawl space drier.
