Challenge

This homeowner was facing some moisture issues in her crawl space and basement. Jack, one of our Design Specialists, inspected both areas and designed a solution to keep her home clean and dry.

Solution

Our installation crews installed three TripleSafe Sump Pumps to remove water from the crawl space and basement. In the basement, the TripleSafe Pumps are fed by the WaterGuard Drainage System; in the crawl space they are fed by the Ez Flow Drainage System. Both drainage systems rest below ground level, and all sump pumps discharge outside and away from the home. 

Our dimpled Drainage Matting was installed in the crawl space, and the CleanSpace Wall System was installed on basement walls to prevent condensation. The SunHouse Window Well with Dome Cover prevents leaks from windows sitting at and below ground level. The SunHouse Window Well helps keep rain out and provides lots of bright natural light in the basement. The water below this home has been eliminated, and the homeowner is thrilled!
