Challenge

A wet crawl space can lead to mold and rot. Our goal is to make every home in Arkansas cleaner, drier, and healthier from the ground up! When this homeowner in Russellville called with a wet crawl space, we wanted to help. We sent a Design Specialist out to inspect his crawl space and he designed a solution to satisfy the homeowner.

Solution

Our installation crew began by grading and prepping the crawl space and installing SilverGlo Vent Seals. Next, the Drainage Matting was installed. It acts as a thermal break and allows ground water to flow beneath it without pooling. Our CleanSpace Liner rests securely on top of the Drainage Matting, insolating the home from the earth. The SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier removes moisture from the air at up to 100 pints per day, and the addition of the TimeMachine allows the homeowner to monitor the humidity level in his crawl space.
