Wet Crawl Space Repair in New Blaine

This home was built near a lake and the crawl space was not protected from moisture. The new owner called CrawlSpace Solutions of Arkansas! Craigen, one of our Design Specialists, met with the homeowner and after inspecting the crawl space, presented him with a solution to protect his home from moisture.

Solution

Thomas and his crew began by prepping the crawl space and removing debris. They wrapped the piers with Wallie, our 12-mil thick liner designed to prevent moisture from entering the crawl space through the porous concrete. The vents were sealed with our SilverGlo Vent Seals to prevent outside air from entering the crawl space, helping keep the temperature of the crawl space regulated. This will help save on energy costs. The crew then installed the CleanSpace Liner in the crawl space, securing it firmly to the walls and the floor. The SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier was installed to keep the humidity below 60% and eliminating that musty smell. This home is now protected from moisture and humidity!
