A homeowner in Conway called in about some moisture concerns in his crawl space. Craigen, one of our Design Specialists, came to their home to inspect their crawl space and proposed a solution to dry out and encapsulate their crawl space.

Solution

After prepping and grading the crawl space to direct ground water run-off, Justin and his crew sealed the vents with SilverGlo Vent Seals, blocking outside air and insulating the crawl space. Drainage Matting and the CleanSpace Liner were installed to allow for ground water run off below, provide a thermal break, and isolate the home from the earth and the moisture it holds. The addition of a Santa Fe Mini Dehumidifier and a custom cut EverLast Door completes the encapsulation, making this home drier, cleaner, and healthier.
