This resident of Morrilton was tired of the mess in his crawl space. He wanted everything to be sealed and clean. He called CrawlSpace Solutions of Arkansas to get his no obligation crawl space estimate with one of our Design Specialists, Craigen. Craigen listened to his concerns and after a complete inspection, proposed a solution the homeowner loved.

Solution

To properly encapsulate this crawl space, Bryan and his installation team first needed to remove all the old moldy insulation. Then they graded the crawl space to ensure there were no areas where ground water could pool. Vents were sealed and our SilverGlo Insulation Boards were installed to insulate the crawl space. The homeowner was thrilled with our custom cut EverLast Door, made for the wet conditions near the ground outside the crawl space. Our dimpled Drainage Matting was next, providing a thermal break and a durable surface to install the CleanSpace Liner. This bright white liner is 20-mil thick and completely and permanently isolates the home from the earth. The last step is installing the SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier, the most powerful dehumidifier in the world for its size.
