Jack recommended a complete CleanSpace Encapsulation with Wall Caps for the block walls and a SaniDry Dehumidifier, and we scheduled his installation.

Bryan and his crew began by prepping and grading the crawl space, they removed debris and sloped the space to direct water run-off. Drainage Matting provides a thermal break and durability, and the CleanSpace Liner insolates the home from the earth. Wall Caps were installed on the top of the block walls in the crawl space. Block walls are very porous and allow cold and damp air from the outside and the ground to get inside and leak into your crawl space from the top of the wall not covered by the sill plate. The Wall Caps are made of a clear poly vinyl and molded into an 'L' shape to be attached securely to the block wall. The SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier is energy star rated and the most powerful dehumidifier for its size in the world. Installing it completed this encapsulation and will help keep this crawl space dry and healthy.
