Vapor Barrier Installation in Little Rock

Challenge

This homeowner was very concerned about moisture in his crawl space and didn't want to wait to see if it got bad. He just wanted it fixed before it was a big problem.

Solution

Our Design Specialist, Curtis, inspected the crawl space and identified areas of his home that could be problems in the future. He designed a solution to help prevent that from happening. 

Our installation crew, led by Bryan, graded and prepped the crawl space, making sure the ground was even so water couldn't pool under the home. The piers were wrapped with Wallie to prevent condensation from forming on the masonry piers, and our CleanSpace Liner was installed, isolating the home from the earth. The SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier was installed to remove mositure from the air and keep the relative humidity at or below 60%.
