Tired of cold floors, these homeowners called wanting to reduce moisture and increase insulation in their crawl space. 

Solution

Bryan and his crew removed the old, batted insulation from the crawl space. They graded and prepped the floor, then sealed the vents, rim joists, and walls with our SilverGlo Insulation Panels. SilverGlo is foam graphite infused to increase its "R" value by 24% over other insulation panels. The reflective backing helps maintain the temperature inside the crawl space, saving money on energy costs. The piers were wrapped with Wallie, our 12-mil thick white liner made for masonry. This prevents moisture from entering through the porous concrete, and our dimpled Drainage Matting was installed, overlapped to prevent moisture from coming to the surface. The final touch was installing the SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier to remove moisture at a rate of up to 100 pints per day.
