Crawl Space Repair in Locust Grove

Challenge

After purchasing a home in Locust Grove, these residents called CrawlSpace Solutions of Arkansas to remedy the mold found in their crawl space. Craigen went to visit with the new homeowners and inspect their crawl space. 

Solution

Craigen designed a solution to eliminate the mold and the moisture that was causing it. Our installation crew, led by Jason, started by grading and prepping the crawl space. They wrapped the masonry piers with Wallie, our 12-mil thick bright white liner designed just for masonry; then measured and installed our dimpled Drainage Matting. Drainage Matting allows ground water to flow beneath it while providing a thermal break. The next step is to install the CleanSpace Liner, isolating the home from the earth completely. The bright white finish of CleanSpace allows the homeowner to see there is no moisture in the crawl space. The crews also installed our metal hinged and lockable door and put in the SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier. The pint-sized powerhouse can remove up to 100 pints of moisture per day while moving up to 300 cubic feet of dry air per minute, drying out the support structures of the home.
