Solution
Our Design Specialist, Jack, put together a solution for this homeowner that included the EZ Flow Drainage System, a SmartSump Sump Pump, the CleanSpace Encapsulation System with the SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier. The installation crew, led by Thomas, installed SilverGlo Vent Seals to complete the encapsulation, the EverLast Door, and SmartJacks with metal beams.

Most crawl space doors are made of wood. They do nothing to protect your crawl space from the elements and will eventually mold and rot. They allow rain, snow, and humidity to enter your crawl space.

Condensation on these pipes means the water coming through them is colder than the air around them. It also means mold, mildew, and rot. A SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier removes the moisture from the air, preventing the condensation from forming.
