CleanSpace Encapsulation in Heber Springs, Arkansas
Challenge
This homeowner called in stating that they had some issues with the type of insulation they had in the crawl space and were interested in our CleanSpace Encapsulation System. Our system design specialist, Jack, determined that their crawl space was in need of our full encapsulation system.
Solution
Jordan and his crew began by removing and disposing of all the debris in the space, then laid down a dimpled Drainage Matting over the floor of the crawlspace, which will help control moisture coming up from the dirt floor. Over the top, our 20-mil CleanSpace liner was laid down seamlessly throughout the crawl space and mechanically fastened to the walls. Our SilverGlo Wall Insulation, which is engineered, graphite infused expanded polystyrene foam insulation that is used to stop heat flow through walls and floors. Finally, the crew installed our SaniDry dehumidifying system, which will keep the home below 55% relative humidity, so mold doesn't stand a chance and dust mites die off!
