CleanSpace Encapsulation and SmartJack Installation in Eureka Springs, AR

Challenge

This homeowner is a previous client and had called asking for options on encapsulating the crawl space and had some concerns about the stability of the floors of their vacation home in Eureka Springs. 

Solution

Jack, our system design specialist, met with the homeowner and together they came up with the perfect design for the homeowner's crawl space. 

Jordan and his crew quickly got to work cleaning out debris and old insulation, then graded and prepped the area. With this space, the crew had to build out a stud wall, then insulated the area with our SilverGlo wall insulation. The crew also installed one of our SmartSump sump pump systems as well as a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier. 

The crew finally installed our SmartJack system. The SmartJack effectively supports sagging beams and floor joists. 

This homeowner is very happy to have the crawl space of their vacation home as clean, dry, and healthy as their permanent home and we're happy we could help with both!
