Challenge
Lois H. called in concerned about some mold growth in her crawl space. She called us at Crawl Space Solutions of Arkansas and our System Design Specialist, Jack, went out and did a full inspection and gave Lois a plan to give her peace of mind.
Solution
Jack recommended our Mold-X treatment, as well as a full CleanSpace Encapsulation System. Dillion and his crew quickly got to work applying our Mold-X treatment, which can be used to neutralize mold on surfaces including crawlspace walls, floors, joints, subfloors, etc. While Mold-X will neutralize mold at the time of application, it will not remove the neutralized (stained) mold which may still be visible. Next, the crew began to install the full encapsulation system, which includes our dimpled Drainage Matting, our thick, 20-mil CleanSpace liner, and our SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier. The SaniDry Sedona eliminates damp, musty odors in your crawl space by drying and filtering the air!
