CleanSpace and SaniDry in Watson, AR

Challenge

Watson, Ar homeowner Kenny F. was distraught by water leaking into his crawl space. The water seepage caused mold and dust mites to overtake the space. Due to the stack effect, these allergens enter his living space. He attempted to dry the crawl space with fans, but was unsuccessful. At that point, he called Crawl Space Solutions of Arkansas for a solution. Our system design specialist  visited Kenny home to determine the best solution. 

Solution

The Foreman and his team began restoring Kenny crawl space by installing the CleanSpace crawl space encapsulation system. CleanSpace is an inorganic vapor barrier. It prevents water from entering the crawl space while preventing mold growth. CleanSpace guides water to the SmartPump sump pump system which pumps the water away from the home.

Kenny and his team also installed SaniDry. SaniDry is an energy efficient dehumidifier. When the relative humidity is above 50%, mold and dust mites thrive. SaniDry keeps the humidity levels low without hiking energy costs.

With these solutions, Kenny crawl space is not only dry, but it is free of allergens like mold. His home is now healthy and comfortable, and she no longer has worries of water in the crawl space.
