Challenge

James L from London, AR had a serious problem with his crawl space. Every time it rained his crawl space would collect an inch of water. He began to notice a foul odor smell in his living room, and at that point he decided to call the experts at Crawl Space Solutions to come take a look at his crawl space.

Solution

To solve James crawlspace needs we had to use the following products. First we had to treat the mold that has taken over his crawl space. We had to use Mold X to treat the mold.  Mold X neutralizer provided an effective tool for cleaning and treatment of mold contaminated building surfaces. Mold C is sprayed on surfaces as a one stage process. Mold X neutralizer has proven to be one of the most effective and least expensive treatments of its kind on the market today, providing an intelligent, proactive answer at a fraction of building material replacement cost. 

The next thing we installed in our CleanSpace Liner. The CleanSpace liner is used to isolate the home from the earth completely and permanently. The liner is a heavy 20 mil thick material similar to a pool liner. This dramatically reduces the humidity level in the air which when combined with sealing outside air and our SaniDry Sedona dehumidification system. The sedona eliminates damp, musty odors in your basement or crawl space by drying and filtering the air!
