Fighting Mold in Prairie Grove, AR

Homeowner Erick S called Crawl Space Solutions of Arkansas due to having mold and high moisture levels in his crawl space. 

Solution

Mold can result in a negative impact on your health and continued exposure to crawl space mold can lead to a range of health issues. These problems may include eye irritation, coughing, wheezing, nasal stuffiness, throat irritation, eye irritation, or even skin irritation.

Furthermore, some more serious ailments like obstructive lung disease have been linked to prolonged exposure to mold and damp places in general. And what makes this type of mold a lot more dangerous is the fact that you don’t have to go into your crawl space to be exposed.

We have a solution!

For Erick, we used two products to defeat his mold and moisture in his crawl space. We installed our CleanSpace Liner and our SaniDry Sedona. 

The CleanSpace Liner is a white/blue seven-layer reinforced laminate containing no adhesives. The outer layer consists of high-strength polyurethane film manufactured using virgin grade resins and containing UVI and thermal stabilizers. CleanSpace is reinforced with two separate plies of a 900 denier polyurethane reinforcement laid in a diagonal pattern spaced 3/8" apart with an additional machine direction polyester every 3" across the width. The individual plies are laminated together with molten polyethylene. The liner is used to isolate the home from the earth completely and permanently. This dramatically reduces the humidity levels in the air which, when combined with sealing outside air and dehumidification, will eliminate mold growth and rot from the crawl space
